Publication of seven articles in PLOS Neglected Tropical Diseases

Over the past six years, NIDIAG has tried to bridge the gap between innovation and practice in the diagnosis of neglected tropical diseases. The scientists have now published a set a seven articles in PLOS Neglected Tropical Diseases, which describe the specific challenges, propose solutions and provide working documents for implementing quality assured clinical research into neglected tropical diseases.

Final Consortium meeting, Yogyakarta, Indonesia

The final Consortium meeting will held in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, on 14-16 March 2016. This meeting will gather together all NIDIAG Partners and will be the opportunity to present and discuss the latest progresses made in NIDIAG, to review the project as a whole and to discuss the possibilities for the future.

March 2016: NIDIAG Workshop dedicated to "Guideline Development for the Persistant Fever Syndrome", Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

A second workshop dedicatedd to the Guideline Development for Persistant Fever Syndrome will be held in Yogyakarta, Indonesia on 12-13 March 2016. This workshop will gather NIDIAG partners involved in these activities and is a crucial step in the frame of NIDIAG project activities, in the elaboration of clinical guidelines for the diagnosis of neglected diseases in endemic area.

September 2015: NIDIAG Year 5 meeting, Basel, Switzerland

The Year 5 Consortium meeting was held in Basel, Switzerland, on September 2015 the 5th. This meeting gathered together all NIDIAG Partners and they presented and discussed the progresses made in NIDIAG during the last 15 months, under the coordination of the Institute of Tropical Medicines (Antwerpen, Belgium).
